  • You must return the items at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Note: This does not apply to perishable goods, personalised items, or sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., earrings or underwear for hygiene reasons).
 

5. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. These rights last for 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
