1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As an online shopper in the UK, you have the legal right to change your mind.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Return an Item

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our orders, but if an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please let us know within 30 days of receipt.

We will offer you a full refund, repair, or replacement.

In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Any customised or personalised item is non-returnable under UK law except if the item is damaged or incorrectly printed. All custom/personalised work is subject to your artwork approval before production begins. Please check your artwork carefully before approval.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
